FWC is a boutique company specializing in the construction of high-end residences. As developers, FWC has completed seven residential projects totaling over 40 homes, three condominium projects comprising 64 units, and commercial properties totaling over 3,000 square meters.

To date, FWC has built more than 64 beachfront condominium units, housing developments totaling more than 40 homes, and more than 25 high-end private homes, most of them on Nicaragua's Pacific coast.

The company is led by Engineer Francisco Wheelock, who has been in the real estate development and construction industry since 2003. Francisco graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2001, with Magna Cum Laude honors. After working in the United States, he decided to return to Nicaragua, where he began his career as a builder by creating his own company.

Francisco continued his studies and earned a specialization in Construction Project Management from Columbia University in 2018.
